TERMS OF SERVICE — INKFUSION STUDIO

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website 
inkfusionstudio.nl and the purchase of products from INKFUSION STUDIO 
("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree 
to these Terms.

1. ABOUT US
INKFUSION STUDIO is a Dutch business specializing in custom Direct-to-Film 
(DTF) heat transfer printing, based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.

2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is 
accepted only when we confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to 
refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing 
errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started, as our 
products are made to order.

3. PRODUCTS & COLOUR ACCURACY
We supply custom DTF heat transfers based on artwork you provide. Colours 
may differ slightly between your screen and the final printed product due 
to monitor calibration, fabric type, and printing variables. We recommend 
ordering a Sample Pack before placing large orders.

4. ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork 
or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it. You are solely 
responsible for ensuring your design does not infringe on third-party 
intellectual property rights.

INKFUSION STUDIO accepts no liability for copyright or trademark 
infringements arising from customer-submitted designs. We reserve the right 
to refuse any order containing designs that appear to violate intellectual 
property rights, are unlawful, or are otherwise objectionable.

All trademarks, logos, and content on inkfusionstudio.nl are the property 
of INKFUSION STUDIO and may not be used without our written permission.

5. FILE REQUIREMENTS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready files meeting our 
requirements (PNG with transparent background, minimum 300 DPI). Full 
specifications are available at inkfusionstudio.nl/pages/file-requirements.

We print exactly what you submit. We are not responsible for:
- Spelling mistakes, typos, or errors in customer artwork
- Low-resolution or poor-quality files
- Incorrect colours due to RGB/CMYK conversion in customer files
- Incorrect dimensions specified by the customer

6. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject 
to change without notice; the price at the time of order is the price you 
pay.

Payments are processed securely through Mollie. We accept iDEAL, 
Bancontact, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Shop Pay.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium via PostNL and SendCloud partners. 
Shipping fees and free shipping thresholds (€40 NL, €70 BE) are shown at 
checkout.

Delivery times (typically 24–48 hours after dispatch) are estimates and 
not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, 
customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Custom DTF transfers are made to your specifications and are excluded from 
the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU 
Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom DTF transfers, gang sheets, 
or personalized orders, except where the product is damaged, defective, 
or printed incorrectly due to our error.

For damage or defect claims, contact orders@inkfusionstudio.nl within 7 
days of receipt with your order number and photos. Full details are in our

9. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INKFUSION STUDIO's total liability 
arising from or in connection with any order is limited to the value of 
that order.

We are not liable for:
- Incorrect heat press application by the customer
- Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care
- Print results on unsuitable, pre-treated, or low-quality fabrics
- Indirect, consequential, or commercial losses (including loss of profit)

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or 
any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

10. PRIVACY
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy 
(inkfusionstudio.nl/pages/privacy-policy-inkfusion-studio) and the 
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Submit unlawful, offensive, hateful, or harmful content
- Interfere with the security or operation of our website
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these 
Terms.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when 
posted to our website. Continued use of our services after changes 
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will 
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the 
Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have 
under EU law.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute 
Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
