1. Products & Colours

We provide Direct-to-Film (DTF) heat transfer prints. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed result due to monitor calibration and fabric type. We recommend ordering a Sample Pack before placing large runs to verify quality and colour accuracy.

2. Artwork & Copyright Responsibility

By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have obtained the necessary permissions to use it.

InkFusion Studio is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements arising from customer-submitted designs. We reserve the right to refuse printing of designs that appear to violate intellectual property rights.

3. Order & Production

Production begins immediately after payment is confirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started. Most orders are produced within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same day where possible.

4. Liability

InkFusion Studio is not liable for:

  • Incorrect heat press application by the customer
  • Damage caused by improper washing or care
  • Results on unsuitable or pre-treated fabrics
  • Loss of profit or indirect damages arising from use of our products

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

5. File Requirements

Customers are responsible for submitting files that meet our requirements (PNG with transparent background, minimum 300 DPI). We review files for basic technical issues but are not responsible for errors in the customer's design, including spelling mistakes, incorrect colours, or low resolution. We print exactly what you submit.

6. Pricing & VAT

All prices are displayed in EUR. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. InkFusion Studio reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

7. Shipping

We ship from Hoofddorp, Netherlands to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. InkFusion Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, make announcements, or welcome customers to your store.

9. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at inkfusionstudio.nl/pages/privacy-policy-inkfusion-studio. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
