RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Inkfusion Studio, we specialize in custom DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers 
made to order based on your specifications. Please read this policy carefully 
before placing your order.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS — NON-RETURNABLE
Because our DTF transfers are produced specifically for each customer based 
on the artwork, size, and quantity you provide, they are considered custom 
or personalized goods. Under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of the Consumer 
Rights Directive), custom-made and personalized items are excluded from the 
14-day right of withdrawal.

This means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Custom DTF transfers printed from customer-supplied artwork
- Gang sheets and bulk custom orders
- Any product personalized to your specifications

DAMAGES, DEFECTS & PRINTING ERRORS
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, 
defective, or with a printing error caused by us, we will replace it free 
of charge.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 
7 days at orders@inkfusionstudio.nl with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A description of the problem

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, send a replacement or issue 
a full refund.

NOT COVERED:
- Errors in customer-supplied artwork (low resolution, incorrect colors, 
  spelling mistakes, wrong dimensions)
- Damage caused by incorrect application or pressing
- Normal wear after use

NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS
For any non-custom, ready-made products purchased from our store, you have 
the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the EU 
cooling-off period, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return for a non-custom item, contact us at 
orders@inkfusionstudio.nl. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of 
the customer unless the item is defective.

REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return (for non-custom items) or approve a 
damage claim, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are 
processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received 
your refund, contact us at orders@inkfusionstudio.nl.
