SHIPPING POLICY — INKFUSION STUDIO

We ship custom DTF transfers from our facility in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, 
to customers across the Netherlands and Belgium.

PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders are produced within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 
14:00 (CET) are processed the same day where possible. Production begins 
once payment is confirmed.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & RATES

Netherlands:
- Standard shipping: €3.95 (or current rate at checkout)
- Tube (for larger gang sheets and rolled transfers): €7.95
- Free shipping on orders over €40
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch (PostNL)

Belgium:
- Standard shipping: €9.95 (or current rate at checkout)
- Free shipping on orders over €70
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch

Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your 
delivery address.

CARRIERS
We ship via PostNL and trusted SendCloud carrier partners. All orders are 
shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your 
order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Most orders arrive within 
24–48 hours after dispatch, but delays may occur due to carrier issues, 
weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

INKFUSION STUDIO is not liable for shipping delays once the package has 
been handed over to the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you 
have not received a tracking link within 3 business days of placing your 
order, please contact us at orders@inkfusionstudio.nl.

UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received 
it, please:
1. Check with neighbours and around your property
2. Contact PostNL directly with your tracking number
3. Contact us at orders@inkfusionstudio.nl if the issue is not resolved 
   within 5 business days

For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will send a 
replacement or issue a full refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not 
responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the 
customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we 
will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available in Hoofddorp for select orders. Contact us at 
orders@inkfusionstudio.nl to arrange pickup.
