How fast is production?


Production time is 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same day where possible.

Do you offer express or rush production?

Yes — if you have an urgent deadline, contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What materials can DTF transfers be applied to?

DTF transfers work on almost any fabric — cotton, polyester, nylon, canvas, denim, and blended fabrics. They can be applied to t-shirts, hoodies, bags, hats, and more.

How long do DTF transfers last?

When applied correctly, our transfers are stretch-resistant and wash-resistant, designed to last the life of the garment. We recommend washing inside-out at 30–40°C and avoiding tumble drying at high heat.

Do you offer bulk discounts?


Yes. Automatic discounts apply as your quantity increases. For larger business orders or custom pricing, get in touch and we'll put together a quote.

Can I resell your transfers?


Absolutely. Many clothing brands, print shops, and resellers order from us to build their own collections. We also offer bulk pricing — contact us to discuss your needs.

What file format should I upload?


We recommend a PNG file with a transparent background at 300 DPI or higher. We also accept AI and PDF files. For full details, visit our File Requirements page.

Will you check my design before printing?


We review every file for basic technical issues such as resolution and formatting. However, you are responsible for approving the final design — including colours, spelling, and layout. We print exactly what you upload.

What if there's a problem with my order?

If your transfer arrives damaged or there's a printing error on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Please note we cannot accept returns on custom-printed items where the file was approved by the customer.
